Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below:
I. GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear and nice manner and provide references.
If you dont have propper references, it will have an additional character design fee.
My commissions are a no kinkshaming area, so dont worry and feel free to ask anything.
II. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Please keep in mind that my prices can change at any time.
The listed prices are indicative and may increase if you have an complex design or any detailed NSFW theme.
The price must be paid upfront.
The currency is euro € and will be paid through Paypal only.
Payment can be splited up to 3 times, but it will add extra charges for taxes.
III. PROCESS
Please be aware that I will not start until payment has been received.
I will update as much as I can through all the process.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
You can request the necessary changes during sketch and early lineart pahses.
After a commission is finished, only small fixes or changes are allowed to be made. Such as small color changes or detailing mistakes.
Any changes after that will come with an extra charge. Such as any change to costume, background or anything that makes me have to redo any part of it.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I hold every right to the produced drawing.
The commissioner are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s).
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you want to keep your commission private you will have to pay an extra fee that can change based on the work.
For commercial rights, it must be discussed BEFORE starting the commission.
Credit is still required for commercial usage.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is done.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
